1. Scope of Services
Rapid Water Heaters provides residential water heater replacement, installation, and removal services within the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. All installations are performed by licensed plumbers compliant with applicable Texas state and local municipal plumbing codes.
2. Pricing & Upfront Guarantee
We provide upfront, flat-rate pricing prior to starting any installation. When a replacement is performed, any diagnostic fee is credited 100% towards the installation total. Additional scope (e.g., extensive gas pipe re-routing, structural shelf replacements, or electrical panel upgrades) will be disclosed and approved in writing prior to commencing work.
3. Warranty Coverage
Standard tank replacements include up to a 10-Year Manufacturer Tank & Parts Warranty (as specified by the equipment manufacturer, e.g., Rheem or Bradford White), plus our 1-Year Master Plumber Workmanship Guarantee covering all connections and labor performed by Rapid Water Heaters.
4. Old Unit Removal & Haul-Away
Unless expressly requested otherwise by the property owner, all replacement quotes include disconnection, safe drainage, removal, and eco-friendly recycling/disposal of the existing failed water heater at no additional surcharge.
5. Governing Law & Licensing
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Plumbing work is executed under Texas Responsible Master Plumber supervision. Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners: P.O. Box 4200, Austin, TX 78765.
